The Deanna Favre Hope Foundation Walk to support breast cancer awareness was held Oct. 23 on the Southern Miss Campus. A book signing was also held for the Pink Palate Cookbook, which is dedicated to breast cancer patients and survivors, and was produced locally. Proceeds benefit Waiting for a Cure Fund.
The annual event was held Sunday June 11, 2006 and as in years past drew more than 8,000 spectators. It was a perfect day for a game and players provided much to cheer about, whether belting homeruns or playing a prank with water guns. Enjoy the photos
